Comienzo contándoles mi propia experiencia. Luego de mi jubilación como docente, ingreso a #hive, y afortunadamente, pude contar con la persona que me invitó a iniciarme en este otro mundo, dándome las instrucciones para hacer mi primera publicación. De ahí en adelante, solo le iba consultando cuando se me presentaban algunas situaciones que, inevitablemente, a través de ensayo y error, son difíciles de concretar.

No les diré que fue perfecto lo hecho durante mis inicios, como tampoco lo puedo afirmar hoy en día, después de varios años acá, pero si de algo sirve, les confieso que como profesional, he podido descubrir e incursionar en áreas que jamás pensé rebasaría. Finalmente, pertenecer a #hive, cambió todo, hasta mis horarios y hábitos de trabajo.

Sin más, trataré de demostrar, mediante mi visión de hive, la manera de despertar el interés, a quien nada conoce acerca de hive. No explicaré de qué se trata, sino de cómo debería atraer a un nuevo prospecto a la plataforma.

I start by telling you about my own experience. After my retirement as a teacher, I joined #hive, and fortunately, I was able to count on the person who invited me to start in this other world, giving me the instructions to make my first publication. From then on, I only consulted him when I had some situations that, inevitably, through trial and error, are difficult to achieve.

I will not say that what I did during my beginnings was perfect, nor can I say it today, after several years here, but for what it's worth, I confess that as a professional, I have been able to discover and venture into areas that I never thought I would exceed. Finally, belonging to #hive, changed everything, even my schedule and work habits.

Without further ado, I will try to demonstrate, through my vision of hive, how to awaken the interest of those who know nothing about hive. I will not explain what it is all about, but how you should attract a new prospect to the platform.

Un perfil ideal, no creo que exista, porque para ingresar solo tendría que tener, por supuesto, un nivel de conocimientos básicos. Que sepa leer, escribir bien, y que sea atrevido en cuanto a comenzar una etapa nueva hacia lo desconocido. Por otra parte, si es todo un profesional que tiene las herramientas para conducirse dentro de la plataforma, sería un buen prospecto. Y finalmente, si se trata de expertos en desarrollo de sistemas, y curiosos en la materia, pues solo tocaría despertar ese interés para lograr su ingreso. Para ello deberíamos:

¿De qué manera puedo mostrarle evidencias?
Para trazar el camino de un hive-r, comenzaré por contarle las bondades de pertenecer a este ecosistema.
Le demostraré la razón por la cual esta blockchain lleva el nombre de una colmena.
Le invitaré a conversar acerca de lo que todo ser humano conoce y maneja en su día a día, es decir, se activarán sus conocimientos previos, formulándole solamente dos preguntas:

To trace the path of a hive-r, I will start by telling you about the benefits of belonging to this ecosystem.
I will show you the reason why this blockchain is named after a hive.
I will invite you to talk about what every human being knows and handles on a day-to-day basis, i.e. your prior knowledge will be activated, asking you only two questions:

.- Do you know what a beehive is, who makes it up?
.-How do they survive and what is the product of their work?
I am sure that your answers will clarify the route and my evident answers will achieve that first conquest.

Explicar con estrategias y herramientas

Las estrategias con las que cuento son, en primer lugar, mi experiencia, mis logros, las debilidades que he tenido, ¿por qué no contarlas?, mis fortalezas y la manera de afrontar y superar los escollos, que paso a paso se me fueron presentando y cómo los superé. En esta etapa, hay que ser sinceros, porque de no serlo, no estaríamos haciendo lo correcto.

En cuanto a las herramientas con las que cuento para demostrar por qué se debe ingresar a hive, haría uso de los recursos diseñados por los expertos, para dar a conocer, todo lo que contiene nuestra cadena de bloques. A los fines de explicar, técnicamente, en qué se basa hive, quienes la conforman, de qué manera está dividida, cuál es el objeto de pertenecer a hive y cuáles serían los beneficios a percibir, siendo miembro de este ecosistema.

Todo lo anterior se lograría, utilizando diferentes tutoriales, clases, guías que, de una u otra manera, existen y fueron creadas para tal fin, o bien yo las diseñaría igualmente, apoyándome en lo formalmente creado.

In order to explain, technically, what hive is based on, who is part of it, how it is divided, what is the purpose of belonging to hive and what would be the benefits to be perceived, being a member of this ecosystem.

All this would be achieved by using different tutorials, classes, guides that, in one way or another, exist and were created for this purpose, or I would design them as well, relying on the formally created.

Para culminar el proceso de conquista, deberíamos:

Acompañar al recién llegado.
Este acompañamiento debe ser responsable. Esto significa que si yo le conquisté, le di los primeros consejos, y le indiqué cuáles son las herramientas para iniciarse, también debo llevarle de la mano para evitar confusiones, y que se sienta satisfecho con el paso que ha dado.

Junto al anterior proceso, debemos invitar a nuestro nuevo hive-r, a participar en las comunidades, comentar, interrelacionarse, asistir a charlas, spaces, eventos, Pódcast en Discord, etc. Luego de esto, ya estaría haciendo comunidad, cosa de suma importancia en la colmena.
Hacerle seguimiento
Verificar a través de la observación, tal cual se hace con algún ahijado, llamémoslo así, para constatar de que está listo y haciendo la labor de cualquier abeja dentro de nuestra hermosa colmena.
