Walk on clouds - A Poetic Practice

Being in your presence is all that's needed to make the night complete and I'd get to repeat through and through

I've always prided my innate stood fast attitude with everything left out of the rain like a guarded feeling kept deep inside.

Now I've found myself on this ride with you by my side as if the world is our oyster savored like a delicacy

But like a blow from a gun shot out on the distance you've really made this our life's dance like we moving on a natural trance

The air does real feel like it's made to be shared with someone as awesome as you, this really rings so true

I heard destiny is something of an anomaly but why does being together feel like rain falling so naturally

Walking on clouds all lifted into the heavens above like two love birds soaring into an eternal bliss
