A bird chirps
And thunder rumbles a scream
As the night slinks
The sky turns darker
Cold shivers ran through my spine.
Did someone die?
Is this a sign
Millions of thoughts crowd my mind
As i try to retrace my step back home
For each step i take
More seem to replace them
The moon seem to be on holiday
Did the stars hide their face?
A bitter truth becomes clear to me
My adrenaline rush flinging into action
Should i cry or resign to fate?
I am lost in a no mans land.
