It renders many homely service to customers like shelters, catering, laundering, entertainment and security.
Hotel ranges from one star to five star. A five star hotel is the biggest type of hotel with a lot of department like the kitchen, house keeping, food and beverage, account , maintenance and horticulture which takes care of the flowers in and around the establishment.

Guests check-in the reception and pay for the number of the days they want to lodge. They check-out any day they want to go. Varieties of dishes are cooked in the kitchen, both local and foreign dishes by the chef.

A guest can request for three course meal or two course meal from the menu card. Menu card is where the meals served in the hotel is listed with the prices.
A three course meal comprises of the 1st course (appetizer), 2nd course (main dish) and 3rd course (desert). While in a two course meal, only appetizer and main dish are served.
Food is served in the restaurant by waiters or waitresses. They do not bring food to guest anyhow. All the used cutleries are removed or cleared and new ones are used to replace them.
