The effort matters a lot. The commitment, the zeal, they all matter so much.
My friend @bhoa in a recent conversation said to me, "no one sees effort and looks the other way". he probably wouldn't know but I take his words seriously all the time.
And yes, I completely agree that God makes the equation complete and so we have nothing to worry.
