How can one easily get released from mental pressure without any medicine?

in Quello4 years ago

If anybody feel extra mental pressure due to hearing any bad news or watching any unexpected situations, what should he do to get an instant release? Is there any natural process rather than taking medicine or doing meditation?

One wonderful way is tapping.

Tap on your skull with your fingers for a fill minute, and feel the difference.

You can also check out various breathing techniques, this one has worked well for me!! https://peakd.com/hive-120078/@aquarius.academy/wim-hof-breathing-technique-step-by-step-tutorial-and-beyond-healing-cleansing-breathwork

Try EFT tapping. Here's a free course that I created - https://eftnow.kartra.com/page/tappingcoursesignup

Breathing is definitely the best first-aid approach.
As recommended by @godsol do check Wim Hof approach. It's great starting point.

You can continue with this podcast. More in depth from neurobiological side of things... And oh so interesting.

Personally I'd say the key is balanced eating, breathing and exercising daily. It takes time and focus and we all have to deal =/face the ups and downs... but it's well worth the effort.

I use medical marijuana helps pretty well.

I have mentioned that I am looking for anything except medicine

Keep as much as possible in doing something such as strat reading hive articles or other articles, try to write something about any topic. Be engagged with family and friends. Always talk to someone.

There is really no instant release. It tends to take time to integrate unintegrated emotions, but the best time to begin is now. I highly recommend The Presence Process, an emotional integration procedure, and a book The Presence Process by Michael Brown. Very complete instructions are contained in the book. The process takes ten weeks to do, but the author recommends doing The Presence Process at least three times, with a three week break between each time. I have completed it i think eight or nine times so far, and it continues to help.

The Presence Process (Essential Reading in my opinion)
If it is at all possible for you buy the book, please get the most up to date version (3rd edition) here (Kindle or paperback) as it will a) reward the author and b) energetically help you receive the most benefit from the content: https://amzn.to/2NAoI7n

Seems I cannot edit/update post, so I'll add a new one.

Since you wrote "instant release? Is there any natural process rather than taking medicine or doing meditation?"

Those type of things usually requres practice... There's no such a thing that can instantly solve pressure without spending some time doing it...
However, refering to both Wim Hof and link I posted, latest and greatest research on neurobiology shows that we are equiped with different fine tuned systems to help us in different situations including the one you mentioned... And breathing techniques are the best/most efficient way to tap into it.

From personal experience, depending on the severity of disturbance ( to call it that way) breathing approach requires more or less focus, but it works.
It's not a magic solution but it does influence hormone production and how they influence us.
Couple of days ago, on top of all tension I feel right now I got some bad news from home and burst into flames ( from inside).
It took me almost 20min of breathing, going out on the sun and focusing/defocusing my field of vision to calm down... But eventually I did, and continue my day in a productive way.

This is short, diy approach explained, for emergency situations :)

Hi Tasri, I just logged in for the first time on this platform. My answer will not be too elaborated... but well, actually breathing helps a lot, concious breathing might help to lessen the impact of the emotions have on us, in fact, snipers have an specific way of breathing so they not only manage the mental pressure it takes to kill someone, but they also better their accuracy. greetings!
