I have a feeling the "tips" feature is going to be an excellent tool for encouraging (and retaining) promising new contributors.
But the best thing about it? It suddenly opened up a whole new world by increasing the value of "evergreen" which has only had 7 days of value in the past... and that will also be HUGE for the future of building the Hive community!
