At PeakD we have the option to customize our feeds using filters! This is great - because in my following feed, for example, I would rather not see reblogs from other users. If I currently set the “Exclude Reblog” checkbox, the content area reloads and the ReBlogs are gone. That's how I want it. But when I leave refresh the page - the option is unfortunately no longer active. I would suggest here to write a cookie cache etc. or, if possible, a fixed setting on the chain, e.g. feed settings. So that you don't have to call up the filters again and again. So, please save the option somewhere. Just a small idea - to further improve navigation on PeakD.
I personally change most of my "workflows" to ecency but also there many of these filters and options are not stored. That's really bad for the longtime users as they find their favorite way to navigate and always have to do the same things. Doing the same things too often turn people off so I dont really know why its such an overlooked feature. It is basically "just" using the already existing user storage and persist everything that can make the life easier for users... good idea and post buddy!
Support that idea!
I never knew that check box was there, but I use the favorites filter all the time. The fact that I am replying to this post means you made the short list!
