I have a question: A Community is technically a user. It has a wallet. Can it send and receive HIVE? Can it, as a user, be delegated Hive Power? Can it upvote? Can it be made a beneficiary on posts and then taught (perhaps through a bot) to upvote posts from member-role in the same community? Who would I ask questions like this to lol
