Our last post mentioned the new NOTIFICATIONS SYSTEM users can turn on. However there were lots more updates since the last time we did an update post. You can see the full list of changes over at https://peakd.com/about/changelog
WE WILL HIGHLIGHT 5 OF THE 18 FROM LAST ~MONTH BELOW:
1 Sidebars over on the feed page have an upgrade... Users, Curators, Topics now have ability to add and subtract easily
2. Fixes/upgrades to the visual editor
This new editor continues to get improvements and is now the default for many users, specially those that deal with images a lot.
The inline menu got big upgrades
3 Reward pool related changes
A. Change color of post reward icon when 100% power up selected
B. Add a 75% option to the VOTE WITH feature
(If you're not familiar with the VOTE WITH feature... it allows you to vote with all your accounts at same time no matter which account you're logged into presently.)
4 Embedding for Instagram reels and posts
Just use the LINK to the instagram post
5 Filter to view expired Hive proposals
I noticed the embedding on Instagram links, very good when sharing links on reddit

I noticed the notification doesn't clear like it used to. I usually use my cli tools to do things like clear notifications and it used to disappear from peakd within seconds. Now, it doesn't until I refresh.
any way to share your experience with us so we understand better would be awesome. We are unable to replicate your findings for us notifications clear immediately without refresh.
Maybe someone else will see this message and share that they're also having this issue
Might have been a bad cached version of the page, I tried to duplicate it again to get screenshots and even though it took it a second, it cleared as soon as I interacted with the page at all (without refresh)
Maybe just a glitch. But ping me if you notice that again 👍
