I haven't tried yet. But I have commented on their last update post asking them to add as a payout option. They said they will work on that. But for now You can already use it. All You have to do is to add @reward.app as 95% beneficiary of the post.
On hive.blog and peakd you have there the option on the payout options before you upload. With dapplr I have not tried yet. And I don't know about other dapps and interfaces.

exactly. You have to always pick the payout option before you upload the post. the same on hive blog and peakd :D
So when you make the app full beneficiary, you receive both the hive and hbd as post payout?
