My name is Matthew, aka wallnutz_ on Twitch and I am new to PeakD. I am not new to crpyto, but I am new to this kind of concept that is this site. What I hope to achieve in making this post is finding out what questions like:
What is there to do on this site?
How can I earn HIVE/HBD?
What can I use my HIVE Wallet for?
And anything else I should know about before making posts on this site. I hope this post not only helps me, but anyone out there who is new, or someone who stumbles into this community who isn't quite sure about what to do or what PeakD is.
Also, you are free to ask me anything about me within reason, and get to know me better!

There's no specific format on how you do your intro post, but there is some suggested content that we would love to see in your post. Information like who are you and where you're from, how did you discover Hive or who invited you, what types of content you want to see here and the types that you want to produce, and what are your expectations in this platform. There's no pressure on this. You can choose whatever information you would like to share.

The important thing is Hive is a bit different from other social media platforms since you are monetizing your blog. You can't include content that you don't own without sources. For more information, check this post: Why and How People Abuse and Plagiarise.

there are many topics you can post on, for crypto your best looking into @leofinance topic, and i see you are a streamer, so the @gaming community is probably best for you to post games you have played or funny clips and such,
How can I earn HIVE/HBD?
By posting in those communities, or upvoting other posts you see you can earn both hive and HBD by doing this, you can also stake/lock these into your wallet and earn interest on this daily (hive 2.7% apr and HBD 12% apr) there are also P2E games where you can eanr layer 2 hive tokens and exchange for hive if you so wish. check out @risingstargame and @dcity-community as an example but there are plenty of ways to earn :)
What can I use my HIVE Wallet for?
You can use it to send hive tokens on both layer 1,2 with minimal fees to other wallets within the hive community, they are also bridges to send this via BSC and the ETH networks
