Makes sense, it is a cheap PWM controller. I may upgrade to a Renogy MPPT Rover Li 20 Amp controller.

And yeah I plan on getting Lithiums when I have alot of money to throw at the project. So for now I will stick with my lead acid deep cycle batteries.
