My favourite Pi cases are these made by @steddyman for me. I have not actually put a Pi in them yet, but they look cool on my desk. They may only fit a Pi 3.

I was looking at some retro-style Pi cases on Thingiverse earlier today at the library.
These are really detailed. I love the idea of a 3d printer, but a basic one would not be up to the job.
Our library machine is a commercial model made by Dremel, and it can manage decent detail for an FDM printer. Stereolithography resin machines are getting cheaper, but price goes up as the build plate size increases.
