I missed this! Became ill with COVID on October 27 and have done minimal blogging since. (I'm back!)
This is gorgeous. I've never been in a mosque. I used to live near one, the Islamic Center in Westbury, which is the largest mosque on Long Island, NY. However, I only drove by the building. There wasn't a lot of land around the mosque so it didn't have the beautiful setting of the Jami' Istiqomah Mosque. Still, this is a very very busy, very well attended mosque and had a significant impact on the community.
Thank you for these amazing pictures, @anggreklestari. Outside of seeing mosques in movies, I think this is the first time I've been 'inside'.
