Today I will share my experience on a mountain walk, this mountain is located in south India. Satharam it's the name of that place. Satharam is located near to Thekkadi it's one of the best tourist spot in south India. Since the eightieth century, t
his Thekkadi and Idukki is famous for the spices and nature beauty. Am very happy to share that from this wonderful land.
I went to this Satharam on last week, I got an off day from my job, so I just planned to visit this Satharam mountains. We can't drive to this region because there is proper road, if you needed, you can use some off-road vehicle. I planned to walk to there with one of my friend. We planned to go at morning time there is no tree, so the atmosphere is too hot at noon.
There is some forest fire on last month, so we can't see much greenery there, since from last week there is some rain, so the grass starts to grow again I think with in one month the greenery should come back cover the mountain like a blanket.
We reached there nearly 9am at that time also the sunlight is very hard, and we feel the hotness. While walking we are discussing the nature beauty and the miracles, my friend told that every year there is some forest fire on this location on March April month. From May last and June first, the rain starts. All the small plants and grass are get fired, and they came back after the rain. If there is no fire, the plants grow in very high and we small animals can't eat it. Every year it happened for the small animals like rabbit, forest goat etc. When the forest fire was there, all these animals move towards the dense forest. They came back to these mountain only after the next rain for the fresh newly grown leafs.
These mountains were also rich with so many rare Ayurvedic plants. Some so the local people will come to here to collect those plants they may sell it or use for himself.
While walking through this mountain region realise the difficulty faced by the old generation with the absence of transportation, more than that am surprised to see some different type flowers and plants from the mountains
While coming back from the mountain we find dome local peoples they are going for their job. Most of them are working on tea plantations. This tea plantation have a great history, these plantations are done by the great east India company before Indian independence.
I planned to visit their plantation and factory in future once I went there, surely I will share that experience with all off you.
After a long walk through this mountain, we plan to go back. Nearly at 11 am, we leave from there. We leave from there with so many memories and some wonderful nature pictures, I am uploading some of that picture are here, am sure that these picture can explain more about the nature beauty.
After taking these photographs, we went back to our home. We were very tired because of this long walk. Nearly 4 kilometres we walk through this sat harm mountains.

@minhtrang all those flowers are from some wild plants, its generality found much attractive vibrant color to attracts the bees. These bees are helping them in pollination.
