The climate in Bulgaria is generally good!
However, there are a few problems in the last few years...
1st The snow in the winter season is hardly visible, which is not typical for here! Years ago we used to enjoy 30-40 cm of snow cover!
2nd Our seasons were 4 until a few years ago, but now we hardly feel them anymore... so we are switching to a 2 season year, which is a terrible problem.... five years ago walking in the streets I could pick from the trees PIGS, PLUMS, CRUZES, APPLES and what not.. Today there is no trace of these fruits! LIPES is one of the greatest treasures of Stara Zagora. I adored the smell of it! But most unfortunately there was none this year ... what does that mean ? Everything dies..... sad isn't it ?
