It is an immensity that includes silence and poetry in those unequaled and endless spaces that allow it to condense shapes and colors looking for the inner feeling, and not the external gaze of those enveloping extensions.
It is a line (physical or imaginary) that divides –or integrates– heaven and earth, the concrete and the magical. And that seems to undulate in some paintings with the silhouette of some native tree, such as the ombú or the caldén, the only protagonists that translate that horizontal structure of large spaces.
Wrapped in a nature that captures them, until they are integrated and merged as part of the landscape.

Es una inmensidad que incluye el silencio y la poesía en esos inigualables e interminables espacios que le permiten condensar formas y colores buscando el sentimiento interior, y no la mirada externa de esas envolventes extensiones.
Es una linea (fisica o imaginaria) que divide –o integra– cielo y tierra, lo concreto y lo mágico. Y que parece ondularse en algunas pinturas con la silueta de algún árbol autóctono, como el ombú o el caldén, únicos protagonistas que traducen esa estructura horizontal de grandes espacios.
Envueltos en una naturaleza que los atrapa, hasta integrarlos y fundirlos como parte misma del paisaje.

I believe, however, that those who have dealt with the matter have not drawn all the conclusions that would be desired. Such limitations can, of course, be attributed to the inexhaustible complexity of this scenario.

It is almost impossible to establish the precise limits of the “Pampean plain”. Different expressions have been used, and are used, such as "pampa"; "Plain landscape", etc.
It is actually the geographic portion that includes the east of the province of La Pampa, west of the province of Buenos Aires, south of Córdoba and Santa Fe.
De una simple lectura parecería que el tema del paisaje de la llanura pampeana y la forma de ser de sus habitantes fuera un tema bastante agotado. Del cuál ya se ha hablado mucho. Creo, sin embargo, que quienes se han ocupado del asunto no han sacado todas las conclusiones que serían de desear. Tales limitaciones pueden atribuirse, naturalmente, a la inagotable complejidad que posee este escenario.
