Hi hivers it's me again Khesia, new day new blog. Let me share with you my experience in Tops Cebu. Tops is located in Tops Road, Busay, Cebu City. Tops is formerly known as the “Tops lookout”. The heart of the tops that is known for people and love is now a circle. The circle at tops has 5 storeys fine dining, latest dining and lifestyle options. It is a place to celebrate different occasions from romantic sunset dates, group outings and outings with family.
You can experience indoor dining with a selection of restaurants and bars that features over 20 local and international options that are exclusive in the Philippines. From different Filipino dishes and Chinese and Thai cuisine that are affordable. You just have to choose which restaurant you prefer to have.
If you want some relaxation then you can visit Tops Cebu. You can see the city lights that can comfort you and can calm you.
If you want to visit and you don't have service. You still have the chance to visit. If you're from the north or south. You must go to i.t park. From there you can see the bus that travels from i.t park to Tops.
You have to pay 200 pesos that includes back and forth fare and also the entrance fee in tops. I think it's a 30- 45 minutes drive depending on the traffic. That's my calculation but I'm not an expert.
If you have your own vehicle the entrance fee for regular adults and children above 2 years old pays 100 pesos while senior and pwd is 70 pesos.
My brother told me that we will visit Tops. I was so excited and thrilled since it was my first time. My brother’s girlfriend coming with us means I became a third wheel to their date. But that's fine since I have 0 expenses for that trip. My experience was great and amazing. Now that they recently opened the topest section you are able to use a telescope to see views, such as sm seaside, the Cordova bridge, and many more. You can feel relaxed at that moment. If you want to see the City lights you have to wait until evening. But don't worry yet you can still enjoy the amazing view of sunset. If you are hungry then you can try their restaurants that serve world class dishes.
If you have the money then you can't be hungry you just have to select which food you prefer. If you plan to visit there and the weather is cloudy you might experience zero visibility. Means you can't see the road and the view. However when we went there it was cloudy and at the same time sunny. Traveling to arrive there it was cloudy and we experienced a zero visibility view. Later on as we arrived the weather changed from cloudy to sunny.
So we experience the sunset view. And the chance to use a telescope. And watch the City. Tops Cebu is so Instagrammable you can pose whatever you want if you have a good photographer that you bring with you. Later that night I enjoyed the City lights. You can be mesmerized by the Beauty of the City. You can relax with the view and you can reminisce with your past experiences. Well, the place is quiet. You can hear the whisper of the air.
We also experience the international style cuisine, we order food but you know we choose the budget friendly food. Well they have affordable food. It's just for you to choose which restaurant you will have.
After eating we continue to admire the view of City lights. Since we don't have our own vehicle we wait for the bus to arrive.
And suddenly it rained so we waited for the rain to stop and for the bus to arrive.
Since it still rained we enjoyed slipping some coffee. Afterwards the bus arrived, then we decided to take the bus. We wait for those other passengers to take the bus for us to start travelling towards i.t park. Then travel to go home.
