So I have family in Lynton, Devon, and we go fairly regular. Interestingly, last month when we were there, for a giggle, the wife and I had a look at some estate agents purely out of price interest and was surprised to find that most of the property was only about £10K than where we live in the Midlands.
Ah! I’m also from the midlands (Nottingham). Well, 10k more is worth it for what you get down there. My girlfriend is Italian and didn’t believe places like this existed in the uk 😂
