BEAUTIFUL DAY AT LA TORTUE DIVING CENTER!

Featuring Negros Occidental in my blog is easy since I have been to the island many times this year. There was a month that I went to Negros every weekend. It was tiring but worth it because I could see my friends and charge my social battery.

Extremely grateful for these trees for keeping shed in a very hot weather.

During one of my visits, my friends invited me to join them on their day trip to one of the known dive resorts in Dauin, La Tortue Diving Resort. The resort offer rooms, diving, food, and beverage. It has a small restaurant that serves a variety of food, vegan and non-vegan.

This cute little signage is placed in the front beach for people to locate La Tortue faster.

When I arrived, my friends were already on the front beach enjoying their food and some swam already to the ocean. The resort does not have a pool but it has a great ocean view. I ordered a Blue Margarita and an Avocado toast while I enjoy the sea breeze and the sand on my feet.

One thing I love about being in Negros is how the time is slow and everything feels at peace. I had a great time catching up with my friends, snorkeling with the fishes, kayaking, playing in the sand, and taking things slow.

Had so much fun kayaking with my friend Kim. Good this she was able to take a video of me during this time.

Aria, playing with the sand and ended up digging a deep hole and collecting sea water.

This dog reminded me of Sai.hehehe

I always volunteer to be Aria's baby sitter whenever I am with them.

We saw some cute fishes during our snorkel.

My friends and I waited for the sunset and before it, we saw a beautiful rainbow. It is rare to see rainbows these days so we were all amazed by their rare appearance. When the sunset finally showed up, it was beautiful. The color of the sky was perfect and every one of us is appreciating its beauty.

It was so surreal to see that rainbow.

I'm such a sucker of beautiful sunsets!

It was a beautiful day spent with my friends and nature. I can't wait to share more weekends at Negros. Do you also like to spend a day with your friends by the beach? What's your favorite thing to do with friends?
