Continuo con el reto de Amor Propio de la bella @sugarelys, y el post de hoy me emociona y me hace muy feliz compartirselos, ya que fui a uno de mis lugares favoritos (ya que de eso trataba la actividad, pueden ver los detalles del reto siguiendo este link), estar muy presente y compartirles todo lo que me hizo sentir estar ahí...

Fui a la Playa después de 6 meses. El mar es uno de mis lugares favoritos de la vida, lo amo con locura y le tengo un respeto que no imaginan. Amo estar en contacto con la naturaleza, la Playa, las Montañas, cualquier lugar natural se puede convertir en un lugar favorito para mí, y como tenía muchísimo tiempo sin ir, fue sumamente especial, me vivi y disfrute al máximo cada segundo.
El clima estuvo perfecto, el cielo despejado, la Playa que escogimos es hermosa grande, nunca antes había ido y se convirtió ya en mi playa favorita, e incluso considero que es una de las mejores que tiene el Estado La Guaira, se llama Playa Panty (un nombre bastante raro, si jajaj). Queda específicamente por el Pueblo de Naiguatá, a unos 40min desde La Guaira en sí. Guarda una magia esta playa increíble, tienen una vibra muy bonita, el estar muy cerca de las montañas la hace más especial aún, el tener como vista esos dos escenarios es y se siente maravilloso. El Mar transmite muchas sensaciones juntas jajaj, por supuesto paz, serenidad y calma (muy característico de él) pero a la vez, por ser una Playa Surfista, demuestra mucha fortaleza, determinación e incluso diversión si te atreves a bañarte por buen rato jajaj.
Estuve en compañía de una de mis amigas de la infancia y una amiga de ella que conocí ese día. La pasamos increíblemente bien, nada fue casi planeado, de hecho, tendíamos en mente ir a un club y al final nos decidimos por esa playa, y pues la verdad no pudo ser mejor. Todo fluyó hermosamente, estuvimos todo el día compartiendo allí, teníamos la playa casi para nosotras solas jajaja, por haber ido entre semana, la ventaja fue esa y por ello fue el doble de increíble y cómodo. Nos reímos muchísimo, conversamos bastante, tomamos muchas fotos, disfrutamos del mar, todo, en serio la pasamos muy bien…
I went to the beach after 6 months. The sea is one of my favorite places in life, I love it madly and I have a respect for it that you can't imagine. I love to be in contact with nature, the beach, the mountains, any natural place can become a favorite place for me, and as I had a long time without going, it was very special, I lived and enjoyed every second to the fullest.The weather was perfect, the sky was clear, the beach we chose was beautiful and big, I had never been there before and it became my favorite beach, and I even consider it one of the best in the state of La Guaira, it's called Panty Beach (a very strange name, yes hahaha). It is specifically located by the town of Naiguatá, about 40min from La Guaira itself. This beach keeps an incredible magic, it has a very nice vibe, being very close to the mountains makes it even more special, having as a view those two scenarios is and feels wonderful. The sea transmits many sensations together hahahah, of course peace, serenity and calm (very characteristic of it) but at the same time, being a surfer beach, it shows a lot of strength, determination and even fun if you dare to swim for a long time hahahah.
I was in the company of one of my childhood friends and a friend of hers that I met that day. We had an amazing time, nothing was almost planned, in fact, we had in mind to go to a club and in the end we decided for that beach, and it couldn't have been better. Everything flowed beautifully, we spent the whole day sharing there, we had the beach almost for ourselves hahaha, for having gone during the week, the advantage was that and therefore it was twice as amazing and comfortable. We laughed a lot, talked a lot, took many pictures, enjoyed the sea, everything, we really had a great time.
Y bueno, respondiendo en sí el “¿cómo me sentí?” La verdad, muy libre. Sentí que fue un día para desconectarme de la rutina y de todas las responsabilidades, e incluso pesos emocionales totalmente. Me sentí muy en paz, sentí que había calma en mí y en mi mente; sentí mucha plenitud, mucho gozo y felicidad. Bañarme en el Mar fue divino, como dicen por ahí “para todo mal el mar y para todo bien también” jajaj, fue divertido jugar de cierta forma, me gusta verlo así, con él, con las olas, aunque muchas veces me revolcó, muy ameno el momento jajaj, sentir su energía, su fuerza y su capacidad de regenerar es algo que a mí y como sé que, a mucho, me hace muy bien y me hace por sobre todo feliz. Me sentí y me siento muy alegre, contenta, enérgica, inspirada, motivada, fue muy justo y necesario esa visita a la playa y esa conexión con la naturaleza, me siento llena de vida y con las pilas bien recargadas para continuar con mis rutinas y mi vida en sí…
Siempre es necesario estos escapes, siempre es necesario darle a la mente un descanso, permitirte disfrutar, escuchar, admirar y sentir. Agradezco que todo se haya dado de la manera en que fue, sin necesidad de mucho, porque lo tuvimos todo y estábamos en un todo, agradezco a ese lugar hermoso por tan buena energía y renovarme en muchos sentidos jajaj, agradezco haber estado en el momento presente para vivirme absolutamente todo, y aprender, recordar y entender muchas cosas gracias a la sabiduría de nuestra Madre Naturaleza. Fue totalmente un gesto de Amor Propio, que necesitaba, además, en estos momentos de mi vida, hacia mí, el haber estado en un lugar que me hace muy feliz y me ayuda en todo sentido.
And well, answering in itself the "how did I feel?" The truth, very free. I felt that it was a day to disconnect from the routine and all the responsibilities, and even emotional weights totally. I felt very peaceful, I felt that there was calm in me and in my mind; I felt so much fullness, so much joy and happiness. Bathing in the sea was divine, as they say "for everything bad the sea and for everything good too" hahaha, it was fun to play in a certain way, I like to see it that way, with him, with the waves, although many times I rolled, very enjoyable moment hahaha, feel its energy, its strength and its ability to regenerate is something that makes me and as I know, to many, makes me very well and makes me above all happy. I felt and feel very cheerful, happy, energetic, inspired, motivated, it was very fair and necessary that visit to the beach and that connection with nature, I feel full of life and with the batteries well recharged to continue with my routines and my life itself ....
These escapes are always necessary, it is always necessary to give the mind a rest, to allow yourself to enjoy, listen, admire and feel. I am grateful that everything happened the way it did, without needing much, because we had everything and we were in a whole, I thank that beautiful place for such a good energy and renewing me in many ways hahahah, I am grateful to have been in the present moment to live absolutely everything, and to learn, remember and understand many things thanks to the wisdom of our Mother Nature. It was totally a gesture of Self Love, which I needed, besides, in these moments of my life, towards me, to have been in a place that makes me very happy and helps me in every way.

Hi @ashleyjaramillo, When I have free to to connect with mother nature definitely will visit. It can be beach, mountain or forest etc.. Happy to hear you are loving to contact with nature. It was good to improve friendship with friends as well. Nice fun outdoor activity by you.
epale eso me parece muy bien lo del reto ya lo miro a ver si me animo la verdad es que hace falta darce un gustico unos cariños uno mismo y que rico la playa vale tengo tiempisimo sin ir aunque la verdad no me gusta mucho la playa porque siempre que voy me salen muchas manchas aunque no se si fue a ti que te vi un post con unas manchas en la piel o no recuerdo pero que bueno que superastes eso. saludos buen post
