How interesting. You live relatively close by and have yet to visit this island. I think it's similar to where you live... unless you live in a bigger city. I know there are many more spectacular and famous places in Greece, but for me, who has only seen the sea in Romania and Bulgaria (Black Sea), the Aegean and Thassos are like paradise.
