If and that's a big IF, you can find it fresh it can be nice, lots of tuna steaks and snapper available, biggest issue is storage here, often places have inadequate or no refrigeration so you need to know your stuff and be picky. In more cosmopolitan areas of the city things are much more reliable/safe.
I'll be honest coming from Cornwall the thought of a Pastie is much more appealing than fish. Although those sausage rolls you keep dangling under my nose would go down a treat right now, I'm a bit of a pastry lover.
