Between Fever and Beauty or Feverish Studies: The Hidden Magic of Parga, Greece.

In search of something special, I embarked on a three-day trip that promised unforgettable historical and natural experiences.

It was the smallest possible amount of time which cut off any chance for us to deviate from the plan, as our original goal was to immerse ourselves in the mysterious beauty of the Acheron springs near Parga, the amazingness of which I have talked about before in my previous posts.

However, the picturesque soul of Parga, with its buildings full of history, was able to easily find its way to my heart at first sight, without letting it pass me by for a second. My arrival here reminded me of a fabulous meeting.

Everything around was full of antiquity, colorful houses fascinated me, and my heart began to beat faster with excitement, an amazing city surrounded by legends appeared before me.

The city was a living canvas of shimmering colors, stretching up and down a tangle of lanes, each telling its own story. The unique topography of the city added a special charm to my experience.

The city is visually divided in two by a majestic hill topped by a Venetian fortress, and this gives it even more zest. On the right you can see the bright vibrancy of the colorful city, and on the left - the beach.

The prospect of discovering the hidden gems of Parga between the vibrancy of the colorful rooftops and the calmness of the crystal clear waters along the coast beckoned me to persevere in my exploration, relying on the precious help of my faithful companion, the Zelya drone.

This time it was extremely important, because as you know, the worst happens when it is least desired. This is how it happened that time, on the first of three days of my arrival, I suddenly fell down with a wild fever with fever.

But you remember the extreme schedule with no right to retreat, which is reinforced by the influence of an unrealistically exclusive place, a small amount of time, and very expensive housing and restaurants, in short, I had no chance.

Therefore, on the best first bright morning before the trip to Acheron Springs, with trembling legs and a feverish body, I staggered towards the extreme hill that belonged to the castle grounds.

There, in the place where time seemed to have stopped, I tried to collect the thoughts that were cheerfully spreading through my brain in unison with the heat of the temperature and the sun's rays.

But against this, I forcefully took a few breaths of the indispensable coniferous air that floats over every millimeter of the castle pine forest and successfully entered the nervous to the accompaniment of the familiar buzzing of my friend Zelya drone, which rose gracefully into the sky. With the electronic eye of the drone, I finally immersed myself in the majestic splendor of Parga.

Illness, of course, deprived me of the opportunity to physically explore the right side of the old city, but the Zelya drone offered me an invaluable perspective, capturing the delicate contours of the city, capturing its age-old charm in the colorful roofs and majestic mountains, the effect of which was enhanced by the crystal clear waters glistening under the rays of the sun, revealing secrets hidden in their sapphire depths.

The visual division of the city into two parts was a fascinating sight. On the one hand, most of the city is in an explosion of colors, and on the other - the beach, and an integral element that cannot be missed is a lush green pine forest on a round hill belonging to the territory of the Venetian castle.

To the left, like an unattainable dream, was a tiny island, inviting the imagination to travel through unexplored nooks and crannies. The illness may have slowed me down, but it couldn't dampen my spirit with the horrors of the content.

The Zelya drone did its job flawlessly and captured all the best views of the city for me, which I did not have time to visit and experience for myself. As I slipped under the cool sheets of my bed, images of Parga interwoven with my fever dreams, creating a vivid picture of vivid colors and picturesque landscapes.

The ancient city seemed to be whispering to me promises of return, a call to explore its hidden secrets more deeply. And it was only thanks to the drone recordings that I had the opportunity to fully understand the fascinating and bright atmosphere of the city from a bird's eye view.

Parga, despite all the obstacles, managed to charm me with its cultural wealth and historical heritage. This experience, while different from what I had planned, added a new and unexpected dimension to my journey, reminding us that sometimes unexpected detours can lead to extraordinary discoveries.
