We have been working hard this last week at the Hive Hub. We are in phase 1. The set up. We have been re-establishing the roadside reception. First its cleaning, sanding, building, painting…. Now we are very close to starting phase 2. Soft onboarding of guests and first crypto meet-ups.
@starkerz @ninaeatshere and @thebombkids have been putting in the elbow grease to make the Hive Hub ready. When you work hard, you also need to play hard. So we have also been enjoying the epic nature around Lake Atitlan. We climbed up to a look out point and found where the big birds hang. Percy was desperate to show everyone the rope swing.
Its been a full first week, and we are a mere few days from heading to Guatemala city to pick up a few more Hiveans to join the Hive Hub team.
Really pumped to meet @ecoinstant in real life, after many years interacting on Hive, now we are a few days away from the airplanes arrival. His wife @ecoinstante im told is a real birder, so we see what she makes of aves! Ill also be picking up the Hive Debit Card whiz… @jthomasewsky
We will make a pit stop in zone 4 to see @alex-rourke in barrio bitcoin. Check out his @recording-box studio before making the trek to Lake Atitlan.
It’s all coming together. July is gonna be amazing having all us Hiveans in 1 place!
