Good morning my busy mice. Yesterday was a day where everything went wrong. I have a colleague who is absolutely inept at communication. She is simply toxic to our team and school. Toxic people are individuals who can harm others through their behavior and attitudes. They are often manipulative, negative and self-centered. They tend to stir up conflict, spread lies, and belittle others. Dealing with toxic people can be emotionally draining and affect well-being and relationships. It is important to set boundaries and distance yourself from such people to protect your own mental health. It is advisable to seek support from friends, family, or professionals to deal with toxic relationships and protect yourself. On top of that, my glasses broke yesterday. It's just an ugly day. Today my Berlin is laughing and shining. Enjoy the sun.

Guten Morgen meine fleißigen Mäuse. Gestern war ein Tag wo alles schief lief. Ich habe eine Kollegin die absolut Unfähigkeit ist in der Kommunikation. Sie ist einfach toxisch für unser Team und Schule. Toxische Menschen sind Individuen, die durch ihr Verhalten und ihre Einstellungen anderen schaden können. Oft sind sie manipulativ, negativ und egozentrisch. Sie neigen dazu, Konflikte zu schüren, Lügen zu verbreiten und andere herabzusetzen. Der Umgang mit toxischen Menschen kann emotional belastend sein und das Wohlbefinden sowie die Beziehungen beeinträchtigen. Es ist wichtig, Grenzen zu setzen und sich von solchen Personen zu distanzieren, um die eigene mentale Gesundheit zu schützen. Es ist ratsam, Unterstützung bei Freunden, Familie oder Fachleuten zu suchen, um mit toxischen Beziehungen umzugehen und sich selbst zu schützen. Dazu ging gestern noch meine Brille kaputt. Einfach unschön der Tag. Heute lacht und scheint mein Berlin. Genießt die Sonne.
