I had a sudden surge of nostalgia for France upon seeing your post and that bunch of artichokes, something that is not available where we are unless imported. Fougeres is beautiful! There's so much to explore there.

I wish I knew how to cook with artichokes but I have no idea. I may steam one and make a Hollandaise sauce to dip the outer leaes in. I don't know though really. I want to try making something with them at least once
