Hello Hivers! It’s me again Doughnah back again with another blog series. Today, I’m excited to take you all along with me as I reach my final destination in my Badian trip. I’ve been heading at it for a while and now it’s finally time to reveal to you all where am I going to be bringing you. Get ready because we’re heading straight to Badian’s pride and one of its most famous attraction it's a breathtaking falls that have captured and amazed the hearts of travellers

After a few more minutes of riding in the utility van we finally arrived at the street we were heading to. And right in front of us where the utility van stop there's an arrow sign it pointing to the street leading to Kawasan Falls. If you’ve been to Badian or even just seen photos online, you’ll know how famous this place we were heading to for this blog is. Kawasan Falls isn’t just another tourist spot for Badian but it is also one of Badian’s pride and it's also a must visit for anyone whether they are local or foriegn. The moment we saw the sign we recognized the surroundings, our soul suddenly felt very excited and filled by pure of excitement.
As I mentioned in my previous blog, the journey to this blog today, the destination most tourists are not riding in a private vehicle and heading straight there instead they will be riding a utility truck like we are reading, that's the usual service here in badian it's either you will go to Kawasan Falls or you will be doing canyoneering in badian an experience that adds to the tourists experience especially for the foreign and the adventure starts when you start riding a utility van. It's super fun and enjoyable and will touch the whole trip. The wind brushed against our faces, and the scenery slowly shifted from busy roads to so very much greenery that surrounded us as we moved farther going to the falls. It was the ideal kind of ride that will make you feel closer to nature with every passing minute.
But our adventure didn’t yet end once we hopped off the truck it was just a beginning. Before we reached to the main destination, we still need to trek for about less than 20 to 30 minutes. The trail wasn’t too difficult aside from the fact that I enjoyed it so much because the views going there have so much of a nature vibe, but it just required a bit of energy and you need to bring also a water. Along the way to the falls it's surrounded by so many tall trees plus the sound of flowing water and the very giving fresh scent of the forest. You will not feel the tiredness at all if you also go there for sure like me, why should I be tired if that is what surrounds me? It was so refreshing from the beggining the nature was welcoming you in advance. Each step brought a mix of emotion and excitement that we couldn't hold because we knew we were getting closer to the very iconic falls.

The picture we took with my companion during my tour going to the falls below is actually a sign that we are really getting closer to our destinations in the famous falls of Badian. At that point, we were very excited. After our guide told us that we were almost there we also saw and heard the sound of the water and it was getting louder and the surroundings around us were becoming even more beautiful, elegant and cold. It felt like every step we stepped up is nearer to the adventure we’d been waiting and wanting for so long.
As we reached the first level of Kawasan Falls, I could already clearly hear the sound of the water crashing down from the falls and there it was right in front of me the majestic beauty of the falls. I couldn’t hold my excitement and My heart was racing. This is it. After more than 30 minutes of trekking and a long 3-4 hour drive from the city to the south I was finally almost at the main destination of my Badian trip. Just a few more steps and I’ll be standing right at the Kawasan Fall the one of the most beautiful natural wonders in Badian.
It was all worth it after the long journey, the anticipation because the pick up time is so early imagine the pick up time is 4AM the wait. Standing there with the cool and fresh air and super cold air from the falls hitting my face, I felt overwhelmed and I sense so mucch joy and accomplishment that I had finally reached it. This was on my bucket list for a long time ago and now I am here standing and finally witnessing the beauty of kawasan falls.
I couldn’t believe that finally the dream that I had been wanting for so long was finally made real. This is just more than just a destination it was also a moment of pure happiness that awed me so much that I’m gonna treasure it forever.
Here are some of my pictures at Kawasan Falls just look at how absolutely beautiful the place is!The turquoise water, the peaceful surroundings and the whole atmosphere made me feel that time like something amazing out of a postcard like you don't need to try hard to posture because the view is so giving already. Standing there in person you will be amazed it is even more breathtaking than I imagined. Every angle every different spot is just picture perfect!I still can’t believe that I finally made it here to one of the most famous waterfalls in Badian South Cebu it is truly a dream come true!
