The owner bought the building in 2020 and wants to keep the memory of the famous confectioner Embacher. Most likely they are not allowed to name the place Embacher, but use it on objects.

You're welcome. We have a huge variety and excellent quality chocolates. Back in the communist era, there was no chocolate in the shops, only occasionally if you were lucky but things have changed a lot after that. You can but top quality everywhere now.
