Hi everyone! I keep getting to know parks in Poland and every day I am more and more amazed by the beautiful parks here, so much so that it is impossible to choose one as a favorite, however I must admit that Śląski park has surprised me because it is really beautiful, but you are going to see it for yourselves in the photos of this post that I hope you like.
Era sabado pero solo queríamos tener un día muy tranquilo en pareja, así que sin duda elegimos el mejor lugar. El parque Śląski está ubicado en la ciudad Chorzów, muy cerca de la ciudad de Katowice desde donde tomamos el autobús y en un par de minutos estabamos en este hermoso lugar, de hecho es tan cerca de Katowice que por un momento pensé que pertenece a esta ciudad.
It was Saturday but we just wanted to have a very quiet day as a couple, so we certainly chose the best place. Śląski park is located in the city Chorzów, very close to the city of Katowice from where we took the bus and in a couple of minutes we were in this beautiful place, in fact it is so close to Katowice that for a moment I thought it belongs to this city.
Lo mejor es que el clima estaba perfecto para disfrutar muy bien de este día, así que empezamos el recorrido por el parque viendo la hermosa naturaleza y por supuesto los hermosos colores de las hojas en el otoño. Por cierto, noviembre comenzó y pronto va a hacer mucho frío aquí, así que estoy disfrutando los últimos días con "calor".
The best thing is that the weather was perfect to enjoy this day very well, so we started the tour through the park seeing the beautiful nature and of course the beautiful colors of the leaves in autumn. By the way, November started and soon it is going to be very cold here, so I am enjoying the last days with "warmth".
Llegamos a este punto y por un momento sentí que estaba caminando por una estrella o al menos yo ví la figura de una estrella aquí y como vieron en la portada de este post, hay un letrero verde con el nombre del parque, espero que por la noche alumbre pues sería espectacular pero no estoy segura si lo hace y no nos quedamos hasta tan tarde para verlo.
We arrived at this point and for a moment I felt like I was walking by a star or at least I saw the figure of a star here and as you saw on the cover of this post, there is a green sign with the name of the park, I hope it lights up at night as it would be spectacular but I'm not sure if it does and we didn't stay up that late to see it.
Luego de solo unos minutos caminando, llego la hora de tomar algo y lo mejor es que en este lugar hay varios restaurantes o bares para hacerlo, aunque les cuento que a mi parecer es un poco caro, pues por solo 2 cervezas pagamos 24 zlotys, y en la tienda o supermercado pagamos menos dinero por al menos 6 o 7 cervezas.
After only a few minutes walking, it was time to have a drink and the best thing is that in this place there are several restaurants or bars to do it, although I tell you that in my opinion it is a little expensive, because for only 2 beers we paid 24 zlotys, and in the store or supermarket we paid less money for at least 6 or 7 beers.
También fuimos a Hawaii, ok broma jajaja, pero también hay aquí un bar o restaurante muy bonito con ese nombre y su techo de palma le da ese estilo hawaiano, aunque no entramos en este pues seguimos con nuestro recorrido por el parque.
We also went to Hawaii, ok joke hahaha, but there is also here a very nice bar or restaurant with that name and its palm roof gives it that Hawaiian style, although we did not enter this one as we continued with our tour of the park.
Árboles de todos los tamaños y formas encuentras en este lugar, fotografié algunos de ellos para mostrarselos, aunque mi favorito fue el de color rojo pues siento que le da bastante color a este parque.
Trees of all sizes and shapes can be found in this place, I photographed some of them to show you, although my favorite was the red one because I feel it gives a lot of color to this park.
Algunas rosas rojas también, y un corazón lleno de hojas que está espectacular para hacer algunas fotos, sin duda hay mucho para ver en este parque. Por cierto olvidaba decirles que la entrada al parque es gratis y muchas personas estaban allí como nosotros dando un paseo con los niños, con amigos o con su pareja pues es perfecto para ello.
Some red roses too, and a heart full of leaves that is spectacular to take some pictures, no doubt there is a lot to see in this park. By the way I forgot to tell you that the entrance to the park is free and many people were there like us taking a walk with the kids, with friends or with your partner because it is perfect for it.
Ah y también allí está ubicado el zoológico, pero para entrar necesitas comprar un boleto, nosotros no teniamos ganas de hacer el recorrido allí este día pero mientras caminamos por el parque pudimos observar algunos flamencos y otras aves que según vimos en google se llaman Grulla de Manchuria.
Oh and there is also the zoo located there, but to enter you need to buy a ticket, we did not feel like doing the tour there this day but while walking through the park we could see some flamingos and other birds that we saw on google are called Manchurian Crane.
También algunas figuras de animales llenas de hojas como la rana de arriba. Heladerías donde habían varias personas comprando, el metrocable, y algunos ponys en los que algunos niños estaban dando un paseo.
Also some animal figures filled with leaves like the frog above. Ice cream shops where there were several people shopping, the metrocable, and some ponies where some children were taking a ride.
Mas figuras con hojas como un peluche y un elefante, creo que son hermosas, pero en este punto ya estabamos cansados y llegó la hora de ir de nuevo a la parada de autobús para volver a casa, pero disfruten de unas últimas fotos mientras llegabamos a la parada.
More figures with leaves like a stuffed animal and an elephant, I think they are beautiful, but at this point we were already tired and it was time to go back to the bus stop to go home, but enjoy some last pictures while we were arriving to the bus stop.
Eso fue todo nuestro recorrido por este hermoso parque, espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mí, sin duda Polonia me tiene enamorada con todos los lugares increíbles que tiene para conocer y deseo mostrarselos todos.

What a beautiful park in Poland, it looks very extensive and the colors of those trees are to fall in love with. Something I had not seen are those animals made of leaves, right?
