Volvimos a Provenza en el Poblado, Medellín [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! Feliz de estar de nuevo por esta gran comunidad, para mostrarles un lugar que me encanta en Medellín y que tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar en nuestro reciente viaje a Colombia, y sí, ese es Provenza, un lugar muy bonito, colorido y con mucho ambiente o turismo, aunque esto último de noche, y esa es la razón por la cual decidimos ir de día ya que como van a ver en una de las fotos de este post, estábamos con nuestra hija Olivia, y diría que este no es un lugar para ir de noche con bebés o niños ya que es más un ambiente de fiesta.

Happy to be back by this great community, to show you a place that I love in Medellin and that we had the opportunity to visit on our recent trip to Colombia, and yes, that is Provence, a very nice place, colorful and with a lot of atmosphere or tourism, although the latter at night, and that is the reason why we decided to go by day since as you will see in one of the photos of this post, we were with our daughter Olivia, and I would say that this is not a place to go at night with babies or children since it is more of a party atmosphere.

Nosotros fuimos a eso de las 4 pm, no había mucha gente pero tampoco estaba solo. Este genial lugar ubicado en el poblado, está lleno de bares, restaurantes y discotecas. Mi esposo y yo tenemos lindos recuerdos aquí, pues fuimos allí cuando recién nos conocimos en persona (al final de este post les dejo una foto de diciembre de 2021) y como ven era de noche por lo que confirmamos que es en la noche cuando hay mucha rumba, gente, y fuerte música, por cierto también tengo recuerdos con mis amigos cuando fuimos a bailar en una discoteca y la pasamos increíble.

We went at about 4 pm, it wasn't crowded but it wasn't lonely either. This great place located in the town, is full of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. My husband and I have nice memories here, because we went there when we first met in person (at the end of this post I leave you a picture of December 2021) and as you can see it was at night so we confirm that it is at night when there is a lot of rumba, people, and loud music, by the way I also have memories with my friends when we went dancing in a disco and we had an amazing time.

Esta vez mi esposo y yo solo fuimos allí a tomar un trago, de hecho ya sabíamos a cual lugar iríamos, pues fuimos allí antes y nos encantó, se trata de bistro bar 37 park, ubicado justo al lado o al frente de una quebrada por lo que puedes disfrutar de la naturaleza mientras estás relajada tomando o comiendo algo allí, yo tomé un mojito clásico y mi esposo un moscow mule, ambos tragos estaban deliciosos y fuertes aunque también nos parecieron un poco caros pero sin duda lo merecíamos jajaja (eso decimos mi esposo y yo para justificar algo que no tiene justificación).

This time my husband and I just went there to have a drink, in fact we already knew which place we were going to, we went there before and we loved it, it is bistro bar 37 park, located right next to or in front of a creek so you can enjoy the nature while you are relaxing drinking or eating something there, I had a classic mojito and my husband had a moscow mule, both drinks were delicious and strong although we also found them a bit expensive but we definitely deserved it hahaha (that's what my husband and I say to justify something that has no justification).

Ah también Olivia tomó su leche y pudo dormir una siesta mientras mi esposo y yo tomábamos el trago conversando, esto solo se pudo lograr ya que fuimos en el día y no había tanto ruido como en la noche. Luego del trago seguimos caminando un poco para ver los lugares en los que estuvimos antes allí, y aunque no hicimos gran cosa, la pasamos bien, y si quieren un lugar para ir de fiesta, tomar deliciosos tragos y disfrutar con amigos, Provenza es el lugar perfecto para eso, ademas es un lugar fresco porque hay varios árboles allí alrededor, y como les dije antes es un lugar muy colorido y lleno de luces, donde puedes hacer fotos increíbles en la noche. Por cierto, sobre si es seguro o no, yo diría que siempre hay que ser precavido y cuidadoso, pero de seguro que aquí la van a pasar genial, bien sea en el día caminando un poco como nosotros por el parque o en la noche bailando, comiendo o tomando algo mientras disfrutas de la música, así que si van a Medellín en Colombia no duden en visitarlo.

Oh also Olivia drank her milk and was able to take a nap while my husband and I had a drink and chatted, this was only possible because we went in the daytime and it was not as noisy as at night. After the drink we continued walking a bit to see the places we were there before, and although we did not do much, we had a good time, and if you want a place to party, have delicious drinks and enjoy with friends, Provenza is the perfect place for that, besides it is a cool place because there are several trees around there, and as I told you before it is a very colorful place full of lights, where you can take amazing pictures at night. By the way, about if it is safe or not, I would say that you always have to be cautious and careful, but for sure you will have a great time here, either in the day walking a little bit like us in the park or at night dancing, eating or having a drink while enjoying the music, so if you go to Medellin in Colombia do not hesitate to visit it.
