thats good news then, when I was in Turkmenistan a german guy I was with tried to be smart and sneak some snaps of some guards, their "minder" rushed over and made him go through his phone and delete the ones that he took. Quite right to, in my opinion. When you travel in someone else's country you obey the rules not act like some tacky tourist.
