Batu Caves, one among Kuala Lumpur’s most frequented tourist attractions, may be a limestone hill comprising three major caves and variety of smaller ones. Located approximately 11 kilometres to the north of Kuala Lumpur , this 100-year-old temple features idols and statues erected inside the foremost caves and around it.

Incorporated with interior limestone formations said to be around 400 million years old, the temple is taken into account a crucial religious landmark by Hindus.

Cathedral Cave – the most important and hottest cavern in Batu Caves – houses several Hindu shrines beneath its 100-metre-high arched ceiling. At the foot of Batu Hill are two other cave temples – the gallery Cave and Museum Cave – which houses numerous Hindu statues and paintings.

To reach the biggest cave, we have to climb 272 steps. Before reaching the place, along the steps leading to the cave we are greeted by long-tailed monkeys who are happy with the food we bring, such as nuts and bananas (can be purchased at several stalls around the lower court).

The Saloma Link was built Lorong Raja Muda Musa 3 which is only 100 meters from the Kampung Bharu LRT station to Jalan Saloma in Ampang which is located right next to the Public Bank Tower. This bridge is built with a length of 370 meters and a width of 4 meters. 69 meters from this bridge has a roof and crosses the highway and the Klang River.

This bridge is very beautiful at night because it is equipped with LED lights that change color and motion following the festival that is being celebrated in Malaysia. This bridge can accommodate a maximum of 200 people at one time and there are several interesting spots to take pictures with the Twin Towers in the background. Interestingly, Saloma Link is also equipped with CCTV.

At first glance, Saloma Link is similar to the Bridge of Peace in Tbilisi Georgia which is built on the Kura River with a length of 150 meters. It's just that, Saloma Link was built using a traditional Malay design, namely Sirih Junjung which is a Malay cultural custom that was carried as the delivery of engagement or marriage. Saloma Link was also built to attract more tourists to Kuala Lumpur and invite them to use public transportation while traveling in Malaysia.

Kuala Lumpur has become a major destination for tourists from all over the world. The capital of Malaysia has a variety of unique and interesting tourist objects to enjoy, such as Batu Cave and Saloma Link.

Thank you and good day !!
