Very well-maintained. I guess cos it's a park associated with the Queen so they have to make it look the best? haha. Picnics here are gonna be so good, they look like they have nice lights as well.
Rizal park in Manila? Yeah me neither, last visit was maybe 10 years ago and I don't know how it looks like now. :D But i remember it was a hassle to get there lol
