I find it curious that is an air force base, yet there are civilian flies that land in there, that sure was a hard thing to manage and achieve for Air Asia, now I love that you got to enjoy the movie and the trip, most short trips are great, but a 14-hour trips are nightmarish, my older brother had one last year with his whole family and he described it as a living hell.
