Kamalapur Railway Station is the largest and most important railway station in Bangladesh located in Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. This station was started before the War of Independence. It is the largest railway station in the eastern part of Bangladesh.
Kamalapur station has witnessed a lot of history. This station was a witness of genocide during the liberation war. The railway communication system of this station started during the British period. But the stylish infrastructure was built much later. The station was inaugurated by the then 2nd President of Pakistan Mohammad Ayub Khan.
A lot of development activities are still going on around the station. By 2030 this station may be converted into a modern station. The infrastructure of this station is impressive. I have visited this station several times. The platform number of this station is 11. Through this station, the people of our country get the facility of travel and transportation of goods through railways.
Through this Railway Station, the capital city is connected with other regions of the country. Kamalapur Railway Station provides an important transport facility to the people of the country. Many more possibilities in our transportation infrastructure can be unlocked through this station.
Kamalapur railway station is a traditional railway station in our country. This station has taken us to a height in railway communication. The government has many projects for the development of this station. This station has a lot of potential, so the government is trying to expand the facilities here. If these plans are implemented, it will lead the path to a new era in our railway communication system.

Those are very nice picture of your train station. Over here in Toronto, Canada if you were to cross those railway lines to get to other side of track, they would give you a fine. But very nice photos.
