Without a doubt, the Emerald Lagoon is one of those destinations that every person who comes to Ushuaia has to see. It's also one of those places you never tire of visiting.
I'm so glad you convinced the hostel guests to visit this beautiful lagoon. Drinking mate there sounds very tempting.
That's the great thing about being in the city in the summer: the days are very long, and there's plenty to do in the afternoon. The only bad thing is the weather, which changes from one moment to the next.
I never tire of seeing photographs of this area; the landscapes are truly beautiful.
