In the province of Batanes, the crime rate is literally zero and the moral weakness of stealing is almost unheard of! Unbelievable!
This stood out, if only the world could go back to living a simple honest life!

This special place is not a common destination for travelers in the Philippines and abroad due to its extremely remote location (it's even closer geographically to Taiwan) and above-average tour prices and rates. In other words, those planning to visit Batanes someday need to have ample preparation beforehand.
