Well, yesterday, February 4, 2023, we decided to explore the center of the city, where we are currently living. And what about Nottingham! This city in the Midlands of England is a place steeped in history and adventure. It is known as the cradle of the legend of Robin Hood and, of course!, its impressive castle located on a hill is something that you cannot miss. This castle has been rebuilt several times since medieval times and now houses a museum and an art gallery. Do you want to know a little more about the history of Nottingham? Then you must visit the Lace Market area, which was the heart of the lace industry in its time. Here, in the galleries of the Museum of Justice, you can find interesting exhibits related to crime. Do not miss it!
Have you ever heard of The Alchemist restaurant? It is a unique place in the center of the city! It is a creative cocktail bar and restaurant that offers all day dining. Here, you can enjoy classic dishes with a different twist. Masters in the dark arts of molecular bartending and demons in the kitchen are a spectacle unto themselves! It's not just food, it's a real theater served on your plate.
Yesterday, the city center was full of life due to the Chinese New Year celebration. There were lots of activities for the kids, live music and food stalls everywhere. People were very happy and enjoying the party. Do you dare to visit The Alchemist restaurant and enjoy a unique experience in cocktails and cooking?

What a great day we had yesterday in the city center during the Chinese New Year celebration! There were many people enjoying the activities, the live music and of course the delicious food. Here I present some of the food stalls that we found.
The first place we visited was a hamburger joint. They offered cold drinks, various types of burgers, and very cute decor. If you are a fan of burgers, you definitely have to try it.
Afterwards, we came across a churro stand that looked irresistibly delicious. Lots of people were gathering at that booth, so we know the churros were a hit. Who doesn't love a good churros with hot chocolate?
Finally, although we couldn't take a picture, we did see a stand for Nutella crêpes and donuts. There were a lot of people in that position, so I imagine they were also very popular.
Not only did we have a wonderful party downtown yesterday, but we also have plenty of places to eat, shop for clothes, get coffee, and more! You can also enjoy street art and live music. One of the places we visited was the clothing store known as Zara. This is one of the largest Zaras we have seen, with three floors and a basement. On the first two floors is the women's section with incredible offers, but unfortunately there were a lot of clothes on the floor. From the top floor you can see a bit of the city through the windows. Really beautiful!
You will find a wide variety of options to eat and enjoy the city. Today we want to share with you two places that are definitely worth visiting. These two establishments, located in a charming place, have a vibrant and picturesque atmosphere that makes them unique. Also, yesterday they were full of people enjoying their food and atmosphere. Do not miss the opportunity to visit them!

In the center of Nottingham there is much to explore and discover. The streets are full of second-hand stores with clothes of different styles and brands at affordable prices. There are also supermarkets and bars to visit. Going for a walk through the streets is a lovely experience, as the structures and streets are very pretty. People in Nottingham are friendly and nice, and we ran into a man who was also taking pictures with his camera. He recommended us some places to take more awesome photos. In short, there are many beautiful things to see and visit in the center of Nottingham, or just walk through its streets full of life and colour.

This is the impressive Notthingham clock, located in the center of the city. Every exact hour, the clock rings its bells and announces the time, for example, at 6 o'clock, it will ring the bells six times. It is a truly beautiful spectacle to watch.
In front of the clock, there is a large square where many events and fairs take place, such as the Chinese New Year party. Also, next to the clock the train passes, and you can get on at the station if you have a public transport card.
