Note: This is a continuation story from Spontaneous Camping at Ablayan Peak.
Wassup, Hive Community!
Lakwatserang Rich is on the game again. For this blog I will take you all to our Spur of the moment trip to south of Cebu after our Ablayan Peak Camping.
While we were on the road trip, we opened the windows and turned up the volume of the music in the car. We were singing out loud and cracking jokes. We were also enjoying the vibe and the fresh air from the province since all we inhale in the city is polluted air. Suddenly, Karl announced, "I want to release my kraken." that means he badly wants to poop. Hahahha so everyone teased him. The eldest of the group come up with an idea that Karl should just plant the bomb (poop 💩) in the "Little Switzerland of Alegria, Cebu.
The moment we arrived, I took my time to admire the beauty of the place while Karl ran somewhere out of our sight to "you-know-what-he-about-to-do". 😂 I thought for a second that I was teleported to New Zealand. It does not seem like Switzerland to me but more like a New Zealand vibe. The place is vast and it is perfect to build a farm or a golf course right there. If only I am as rich as my name, I would surely buy a portion of the land there and build my own house and have my own horse. Waaaa! Yes, that's one of my wildest dreams. (Daydreaming) We just stopped by, took some pictures and let Karl finished his thing.
Later after that, we went to Kawasan Falls, Badian Cebu. We were so complacent that we can just freely explore the entire area because it was like that before pandemic days. But at that time, we were not allowed to roam around the area without a tourist guide. We have to pay for the entrance fee, life vest and environmental fee + tour guide fee. We were so disappointed when we learned about this because before, we just used to pay entrance fee. We were not required to pay for life vest and tour guide. But this won't stop us from going to the falls. We had our lunch in the area and of course, enjoy the natural spring waters coming from mother nature.
We were already tired but still hyper after all the activities we did for the day. While we were talking and laughing about a bunch of funny stuff, we were alarmed that the multicab ahead of us suddenly stopped so Jestoni also immediately hit the brake. But, the driver of the multicab behind our car was not able to instantly hit the brake the moment we stopped. So, our car and us were sandwiched between the two multicabs. It crashed to both multicabs. We were so worried about Sheila since she insisted to sit at the back of the pick up. That was my first ever car accident in my life. Luckily, everyone was safe and calm. Though I got a bit nervous when a crowd of people residing near the area of the accident were circling over the scene. The boys did not allow us girls to get outside the car. They were the ones talking with the army and barangay official. What's important is that at the end of the day, Jestoni and Karl settled everything at the Barangay Hall with the drivers of the multicab. There were no hard feelings for both parties. I'm really thankful for our boys since they are so professional when they handled the situation.
