Celestial labyrinths and horses (Croatia)

in Pinmapple2 years ago

When you drive yourself up the hills above a little town called Novi Vinodolski, you'll find yourself in beautiful nature with no living souls except horses!

It's so nice to see these amazing creatures having freedom and walking wherever they want! The scenery of these horses and the green hills in the background is something that soothes the eyes...

After a while, I saw something small lying on the grass. First I thought it was a dog and then I saw something that I have never seen in my entire life. The most cutest pony sleeping...

I was as quiet as possible and came closer to him. He was so cute I mean look at him!!!

I felt at peace just looking at him sleeping so calmly... After a few minutes, he woke up and joined the other horses.

But sadly, there is the other side of the story I learned about today while searching on the internet. These horses have owners who fill their pockets at the expense of animals they do not take care of. Horse owners do not have the conditions to keep horses: they do not have a barn, nor do they have hay. The horses are out all year. The owners get good incentives. They have money and they visit the horses once a day. That's all they do. Animals wage a battle for mere survival during the winter. Some freeze or get sick, and some get eaten by wild beasts. Locals have reported this case many times and the country didn't do anything about that. That's why (and for many other reasons) I hate the Croatian government and politicians who only think of themselves. Something needs to be done!

Celestial labyrinths

Near these horses, there is a walking trail 800 meters long with 10 celestial labyrinths. Celestial labyrinths are connected to astronomical and cosmic patterns. Their presence has a very positive effect on the entire environment and creates a balance in the body of the planet Earth. People use labyrinths as a way to return to themselves or to explore their place under the Sun. Frequent walks through various labyrinths encourage positive changes at all levels, help improve physical and health problems, relationships with other people, psychological problems, and business and material relations.

We were there late in the evening and it was getting dark so we couldn't take more pictures. We'll definitely come back here during the day.

Hope you liked this post. Have a nice day! 🐎

I thought all these broodmares were in excellent shape considering they were nursing foals. But winter hasn't come yet and if food isn't provided they will have a hard time. It's too bad they aren't better taken care of.

Yes, all horses are in a good shape, but the winter is coming and it's a harsh time for these creatures. Especially if they don't have any shelter or enough food...And the people who are in charge of taking care of them are only receiving money and not caring a damn thing.
