Visiting a place with relaxing vibe and lovely food.
It's now Tuesday. Time flies so fast. Even so, I was browsing my photos and I saw these photos that I took one Sunday night that we went to Coffeeplace. I hope #SublimeSunday by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday by @ace108 wouldn't mind.
This is our first time to visit this place. We actually didn't know that such a place existed. We were after the the new resort's restaurant but when we got there and asked one of the staff about coffee, she directed us to this which was beyond the pools of the resort.
We were not expecting what to find there. We were actually puzzled why did they point us there but we were glad that we went.
That is how the place looks like. It maybe small but I do like it. I like the homey vibe to it. I wanted to live in a place like this. This feels like the right kind of place for me. It has a secluded and private feel to it.
Plants can be seen within and around the area. Succulents greet you as you enter the area. There is even a small pond beside the kitchen. Right away, your eyes are drawn to the tents, the pit for bonfire and on a good day you can witness a lovely sunset. At that time, it was foggy so there was nothing to see.
This is where you order your food. It's pay as you order. As you go down to the area, this is immediately to your left. The counter and kitchen are here. We ordered coffee, chicken teriyaki bowl for my partner and chicken pita wrap for me.
We can't decide where we want to sit but finally we chose a table close to the fire because mosquitoes are everywhere. That is one drawback though. The management should do something with the mosquitoes.
While waiting for our order, I took more photos.
We didn't wait that long for our orders to arrive. I like how their coffee was made. It's not that strong like what I am used to but still delicious. It was served hot just the way I like it. We were actually hoping for egg coffee but unfortunately that was unavailable.
Next was the chicken pita wrap. The ingredients are well balanced. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The sauce is not that plenty but everything was perfect. the tastes are blended together.
Their chicken teriyaki bowl tastes good too. The meat is well cooked and seasoned just enough and the veggies are crunchy and beautifully colored.
It was a pleasant surprise that such a place exists there and we were just glad to be there. The prices are reasonably too. Great find indeed. We will surely bring our friends there.
