We have something similar in UK called Battle Proms, an outdoor show held in various grand statehouses around the country, and includes a Road to Waterloo Infantry Re-enactment complete with spit fires and live cannons. It's smaller scale than Cinéscénie with free seating on the grounds so people treat it as an outdoor evening picnic/concert event. Lovely atmosphere.
