Was going to say, there isn't much health and safety where your missus took her photo, they'd never get away with it in UK!!!! That aside, it is kinda cool, great to drop by for a cuppa.

I was surprised they'd actually built some stairs up there, it could easily have just been a bamboo ladder! The thing about Health and Safety here is it's about personal responsibility! No suing culture here. But it would be nice to have a system somewhere in the middle.
