[ENG] Hello dear "have you been here" community! Today I want to share with you the place where I shared these carnivals with a portion of my family. This is the Puerto del Mar Residential Complex, located between Río Chico and Tacarigua de la Laguna, Miranda state, Venezuela.
[ESP] ¡Hola, apreciada comunidad de "have you been here"! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el lugar en el que compartí con una porción de mi familia estos carnavales. Se trata del Conjunto Residencial Puerto del Mar, ubicado entre Río Chico y Tacarigua de la Laguna, estado Miranda, Venezuela.

[ENG] Since I was very young, perhaps since I can remember, I have vacationed in this residential complex and it is pleasant to feel that the energy transmitted by being here is maintained over the years. That no matter how adult one is; It's still fun to cross the canals of Río Chico by boat to get to the beach or to your favorite pool before the rest of the vacationers.
[ESP] Desde muy pequeño, quizá desde que tengo uso de razón, he vacacionado en este conjunto residencial y es grato sentir que la energía que transmite estar aquí se mantiene con el paso de los años. Que sin importar lo adulto que uno sea; sigue siendo divertido atravesar los canales de Río Chico en lancha para llegar a la playa o llegar a tu piscina favorita antes que el resto de los vacacionistas.

[ENG] I hadn't visited this place for months before the pandemic began, and I don't know if it has anything to do with people's need for recreation in these times, but for the first time in many years the complex was quite crowded, which makes me happy, well This translates directly into an economic movement that benefits the locals, who have surely had a difficult time due to the restrictions caused by Covid-19. In addition to being a cause of joy to be able to see people enjoying the facilities just like me.
[ESP] No visitaba este lugar desde meses antes de iniciar la pandemia, y no sé si guarde alguna relación la necesidad de esparcimiento de la gente en estos tiempos, pero por primera vez en muchos años el conjunto estuvo bastante concurrido, lo que me genera alegría, pues esto se traduce directamente en un movimiento económico que beneficia a los locales, que seguramente han tenido una época difícil debido a las restricciones causadas por la Covid-19. Además de ser causa de alegría poder ver a las personas disfrutar de las instalaciones al igual que yo.

[ENG] So in order for you to get to know this beautiful place and for those who have the opportunity to come and enjoy it, I will try to give you a brief tour of Puerto del Mar:
Starting with the apartments, which are arranged in blocks of 10: 4 apartments on the ground floor (2 front and 2 rear), 4 on the first floor (2 front and 2 rear) and 2 on the top floor (1 front and 1 rear). I am not very sure of the dimensions of each apartment but I think that the smallest ones measure around 30 square meters (one bathroom, one bedroom, kitchen-dining-living room), while the largest ones are around 50 to 60 meters square (two bathrooms, two bedrooms, kitchen-dining room-living room, terrace).
[ESP] Así que con el fin de que conozcan este bonito lugar y para que los que tengan la oportunidad se acerquen y lo disfruten trataré de hacerles un breve tour por Puerto del Mar:
Comenzando por los apartamentos, que se disponen en bloques de 10: 4 apartamentos en la planta baja (2 frontales y 2 traseros), 4 en el primer piso (2 frontales y 2 traseros) y 2 en la planta más alta (1 frontal y 1 trasero). No estoy zmuy seguro de las dimensiones de cada apartamento pero creo que los más pequeño miden cerca de los 30 metros cuadrados (un baño, una habitación, cocina-comedor-sala), mientras que los más grandes están cerca de los 50 a 60 metros cuadrados (dos baños, dos habitaciones, cocina-comedor-sala, terraza).

[ENG] Then, the pools, the complex has three pools distributed throughout the complex:
The first was built in the first stage of urban development, located at the end closest to the beach, it is the deepest and simplest of the three, it measures approximately 25-30 meters long and 15-20 meters wide, with a depth close to 1.6 - 1.7 meters, accompanied by a much smaller pool with a depth suitable for the little ones.
The second pool is located in the center of the complex, it has a canteen where you can get some supplies for your stay in the place, it is about 20 meters long and about 15 wide, with an approximate depth of 1.6 meters , subtly integrates a children's area that allows parents and children to enjoy with the feeling that they share the same space.
And finally we come to the third pool, which is located at the end closest to the entrance of the complex, it is the largest pool of all, I would not dare to speculate on its dimensions, but it has three levels of depth so that children , young people and adults share the same space feeling comfortable with the water level of the pool. This is adorned by two waterfalls that entertain and relax with the flow of water, in addition one of these protects the counter of the restaurant that accompanies this pool, through which you can be served without leaving the water. In addition to the main pool there is a smaller one for children.
[ESP] Luego, las piscinas, el conjunto cuenta con tres piscinas distribuidas a lo largo del complejo:
La primera fue construida en la primera etapa de desarrollo del urbanismo, ubicada al extremo más cercano a la playa, es la más profunda y sencilla de las tres, mide aproximadamente 25-30 metros de largo 15-20 metros de ancho, con una profundidad cercana a los 1.6 - 1.7 metros, acompañada por una piscina mucho más pequeña y con una profundidad apta para los más pequeños.
La segunda piscina se encuentra en el centro del complejo, cuenta con una cantina en la que puedes conseguir algunas provisiones para tu estadía en el lugar, mide unos 20 metros de largo y unos 15 de ancho, con una profundidad aproximada a los 1.6 metros, integra sutilmente un área para niños que permite disfrutar a padres e hijos con la sensación de que comparten el mismo espacio.
Y por último llegamos a la tercera piscina, que se encuentra al extremo más cercano a la entrada del conjunto, es la piscina más grande de todas, no me atrevería a especular sobre sus dimensiones, pero cuenta con tres niveles de profundidad para que niños, jóvenes y adultos compartan del mismo espacio sintiéndose cómodos con el nivel del agua de la piscina. Ésta está adornada por dos cascadas que entretienen y relajan con el flujo de agua, además una de éstas resguarda el mostrador del restaurante que acompaña esta piscina, por el que puedes ser atentido sin salir del agua. Adicional a la piscina principal hay una más pequeña dispuesta para niños.

[ENG] The next most popular area of the complex is its barbecue space, a row of grilling stations, where each station has a dishwasher and a concrete table, located next to the lagoon, which allows you to enjoy a nice view and a breeze refreshing.
[ESP] La siguiente área más popular del conjunto es su espacio de parrilleras, una hilera de estaciones para hacer parrillas, donde cada estación cuenta con un lavaplatos y una mesa de concreto, ubicada próxima a la laguna, lo que permite disfrutar de una linda vista y una brisa refrescante.

[ENG] Within the complex there is also a multipurpose court, in which the youngest usually play after dark. In addition to a recreational room that has a ping pong table. 🏓
[ESP] Dentro del complejo también existe una cancha multiusos, en la que los más jóvenes suelen jugar caída la noche. Además de una sala recreacional que cuenta con una mesa de ping pong. 🏓

[ENG] But the funniest thing about the entire complex is that to get to the beach you must cross a lagoon that connects with the channels of Río Chico, for this the complex has a boat service that works from 9am to 6pm taking and bringing people to and from the beach.
[ESP] Pero lo más divertido de todo el complejo es que para llegar a la playa debes atravesar una laguna que conecta con los canales de Río Chico, para esto el conjunto cuenta con el servicio de lancha que funciona desde las 9am hasta las 6pm llevando y trayendo gente desde y hacia la playa.
