I love traveling because there is something exciting about seeing new places, meeting new people, and trying things I don’t usually do.

Okay so when I first heard we were going to Inner Mongolia, I felt so excited. It’s not a place people usually talk about when it comes to travel, but that made it even more interesting for me. I wanted to know what it looked like, what people did there, and how it would feel to actually be in a desert ( it could be really hot lol). I also looked forward to sharing this experience with my friends, because traveling with them always makes the trip more fun.

The moment we arrived at the desert area in Inner Mongolia, I was amazed. The view was so wide and open. Wherever I looked, there were stretches of sand and sky. It was different from the busy cities I was used to. The air felt fresh, and I could feel the wind brushing my face. It made me realize how big and beautiful the world really is.

In the middle of the desert, there was a small cabin where visitors could rest. It looked simple but nice, like a little spot of comfort in the middle of all the sand. We took a short break there before starting our activities. It felt good to sit down and take everything in.

I even took a few pictures there because the cabin looked charming against the desert background.

After resting for a bit, we began to explore and try out the activities. The first thing we tried was horse riding.

At first, I felt nervous because I had never ridden a horse before. But once I got on, I started to relax. The horse moved slowly, and I could feel its strength as it walked across the sand. My friends were also riding nearby, and we laughed a lot as we tried to keep our balance and enjoy the moment. It was a little scary at first but also exciting, and I was happy I tried it.

After the horses, we moved on to something even more special, camel riding. Camels are much bigger than horses, and I felt even more nervous climbing onto one. But once I was sitting on top, it felt so unique. The camel walked steadily, and from up there, I had a great view of the desert around me. I kept looking at the sand stretching out in all directions, and it felt like I was in a different world. It was one of those experiences you don’t forget because it’s so different from your usual life.

We also found something fun and unexpected, a zipline with two chairs side by side. Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying it. I sat in one chair, and my friend sat in the other. When it started moving, I felt excitement and nervousness. It wasn’t too long, but it was enough to give us a thrill. We laughed the whole way, and when we landed, we both agreed it was so much fun.

Throughout the day, we took lots of pictures. Some were of the activities, some were just us posing and feeling the moment in the desert. I wanted to capture not just how it looked but also how it felt being there with my friends.

Every smile, every laugh, and every small adventure felt worth remembering. The desert, with its wide open space and peaceful atmosphere, became the perfect background for these memories.

By the end of the afternoon, we were a little tired but very happy. We had done so many things in just a short time, and it felt like the day was full of adventure. But this was only part one of the trip. In my next blog, I will share what happened in the evening.

There’s more to tell about our Inner Mongolia experience, and I can’t wait to write about it. This trip reminded me why I love traveling so much. It’s not just about seeing places, it’s also about the experiences, the laughs, and the people you share them with.

That's it for my part 1 trip to Inner Mongolia, stay tuned for the next part! probably gonna be the part 2 which is about what we did in the evening.
