Hallo liebe Community,
am nächsten Morgen war aslo unser Urlaub in Südfrankreich zu Ende und wir machten uns früh auf den Weg Richtung heimatliche Gefilde. Wir fuhren auf der Autobahn immer an der Küste entlang mit tollem Blick aufs Meer und kamen schon nach wenigen Kilometern nach Italien. Hier legten wir an einem schönen kleinen Hafen nochmal einen Ladestop ein, um dann mit dem vollen Auto bis an unser Zwischenziel Lugano zu kommen. Während des Ladens genossen wir das schöne Wetter am Pier und betrachteten die kleinen Boote im Hafen.
Nach 30 Minuten fuhren wir weiter und begleiteten ein ganzes Stück einen Maclaren auf der Autobahn. Natürlich wieder ein Highlight für meinen Sohn. Die fahrt war angenehm und lief recht flüssig ohne Staus, so dass wir mittags in Lugano ankamen. Hier wollten wir eine nacht verbringen und am nächsten Tag das letzte Stück bis nach Hause fahren. Wir hatten ein schönes Ibis Hotel gebucht und bezogen unser Zimmer. Nachdem wir uns etwas häuslich eingerichtet hatten, zogen wir los um die Stadt zu erkunden und etwas zum Essen zu besorgen.
Ich muss schon sagen, ich war begeistert von Lugano. Ein wirklich schönes Städtchen und natürlich traumhaft gelegen am Luganer See mit tollem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Wir hatten echtes Glück, denn an diesem Wochenende war in Lugano das dreitägige Fest "La Splendida" an der Seepromenade. Hier gab es eine Fülle an Marktständen, Musik, Kunsthandwerk und Unterhaltung. Nicht zu vergessen natürlich die ganzen Street Food Stände mit Köstlichkeiten aus aller Herren Ländern.
Wir spazierten die gesamte Seepromenade entlang und probierten allerlei an den einzelnen Ständen, um uns dann das was uns am besten geschmeckt hatte als Abendessen mitzunehmen. Ein rundum gelungener Tag also. Nach einer geruhsamen Nacht und leckerem Frühstück am nächsten Morgen setzten wir unsere Reise fort und kamen Nachmittags wieder Zuhause an. Home sweet home :-)

Hello dear community,
The next morning, our vacation in the South of France came to an end, and we set off early toward home. We drove along the highway, always along the coast with a great view of the sea, and after just a few kilometers, we reached Italy. Here, we stopped for charging at a beautiful little harbor, before driving with the car full to our destination, Lugano. While charging, we enjoyed the beautiful weather at the pier and watched the small boats in the harbor.
After 30 minutes, we continued driving, accompanying a Maclaren for a while along the highway. Of course, another highlight for my son. The drive was pleasant and went quite smoothly without any traffic jams, so we arrived in Lugano around noon. We planned to spend one night here and drive the last stretch home the next day. We had booked a nice Ibis hotel and checked into our room. After settling in a bit, we set off to explore the city and get something to eat.
I have to say, I was thrilled with Lugano. A truly beautiful town, and of course, beautifully situated on Lake Lugano with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. We were truly lucky, because that weekend Lugano hosted the three-day "La Splendida" festival on the lake promenade. There was a wealth of market stalls, music, arts and crafts, and entertainment. Not to mention, of course, all the street food stalls with delicacies from all over the world.
We strolled along the entire lake promenade, sampling all sorts of things at each stall, and then picking up the ones we liked best for dinner. A thoroughly enjoyable day. After a restful night and a delicious breakfast the next morning, we continued our journey and arrived home in the afternoon. Home sweet home :-)

Lugano ist doch Bitcoin Land. Habt ihr da gesehen, dass man damit bezahlen kann?
Wie bist du mit dem Tesla zufrieden? Viele sind ja seit einiger Zeit wegen Elon Musks „Eskapaden“ etwas Anti. Wobei das Auto selbst sehr gut sein soll. Ein Freund von mir fährt seit paar Jahren Y und er will nicht mehr zurück.
