Hellooooo , espero te encuentres genial , me gustaría saber ¿qué significa para ti viajar ?, desde mi punto de vista viajar no solo es desplazarse de un lugar a otro, es sumergirse en las tradiciones, los sabores y la esencia de cada destino. Mérida me cautivó con su encanto y su belleza, tanto que quedé embelesada con cada rincón, perdiendo la noción del tiempo... ¡y hasta olvidé fotografiar los platillos que probé! 😅
Sin embargo, aquí les comparto una de las delicias que disfruté: la Pisca Andinaes una sopa tradicional de los Andes venezolanos, especialmente popular en Mérida ,cada cucharada fue una explosión de sabores cálidos , su composición incluye ingredientes sencillos pero llenos de proteínas , como : leche , huevo , pan , trozos de queso , cebollín y cebolla ,
Y cómo no mencionar el Calentadito, ese trago típico de Mérida .Su preparación combina aguardiente, papelon ,clavos de olor ,guayabita y hibernas naturales , estos ingredientes naturales y especias que resultó ser mucho más potente de lo que imaginaba. Su nombre le hace total justicia, porque con el primer sorbo sentí un golpe de calor que me recorrió de pies a cabeza... ¡vaya experiencia! 😂🔥

Mérida captivated me with its charm and beauty, so much so that I was enraptured with every corner, losing track of time... and I even forgot to take pictures of the dishes I tasted! And I even forgot to photograph the dishes I tasted! 😅

Para mí viajar significa conocer. Ya sea conocer un nuevo lugar admirando la naturaleza y la arquitectura del mismo, o conocer la cultura de este lugar, que es lo que considero mucho más enriquecedor.
En tu caso, al ir a Mérida, conociste un pedacito más de lo variada que es nuestra Venezuela, un poco más de cultura, de costumbres, de tradiciones y de gastronomía. Si hay algo que amo de mi país, es la diversidad. 🩷
Yo soy del Oriente del país, por lo cual, ir a Mérida para mí sería como visitar un país distinto, jajaja, pero que hermoso es verlo desde las fotos. Espero algún día se cumpla mi deseo de conocerlo.
