There were only a few hours left, it looks like the past! A very beautiful season, a very nostalgic time. When the finals would end, we would wake up at night in the rush to go to Nanubari, even if we slept till morning, Dad would not say anything, we would plan one picnic after another.Those beautiful winters are over. We have grown up. At an age where the cravings for a deep conversation over tea with loved ones on a winter evening are greater than an expensive gift.
The age when we walk long distances on a foggy morning and just want to vent our sorrows. The age when we want a shoulder to cry on, without explaining why. The age when we don't know what we want, what we should do. The age when we find a way to tidy up our messy lives. The age when we discover that no one really saw our dewy eyes. The age when we realize that after all winters, spring may never really come. Yet we hope, the city of winter still. Stays waiting...
Whether as an adult or as a child, winter is always my favorite. When I was a child, I wanted to sleep in the morning of winter, but now I want to walk in the mist of the morning of winter holding a faithful hand.
Cravings are either a hot cup of tea in the morning or a steaming chicken curry in the afternoon of the chilly afternoon to sit with people and eat rice in the morning. In fact, the loss of childhood comes with the stability of adulthood.
